When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is the day after you have placed your order or if shipped to outlaying areas 2 working days. Our products are shipped directly to you. This unique business model ensures hands on management to deliver your order in the shortest possible timeframe. This method eliminates unnecessary outsourcing costs allowing us to offer our products at a much lower price than our competitors. 

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the Tracking number that will be sent to you the moment your order is dispatched ensuring you are in total control of your delivery.

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Where can I find my track & trace code?

When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you your track & trace code via email. The processing of your order takes 24 hours.
